New/Continued Storylines:

  • Main Quest 4.
  • Darwin: Added next 3 events.
  • Gardening: New storyline with 7 events, including a tutorial/introduction one.

Additions:

  • Gardening Minigame
  • Forest Foraging Minigame
  • New fishing location
  • New items associated with the Gardening and Forest and Fishing minigame:
    • 6 new "Crop" materials
    • 3 new Plant materials
    • 2 new Seed items
    • 2 new Fish materials
  • Journal feature, which contains summaries of every storyline done so far.
    • Color coded for parts where the story branches off.
    • Also indicates whether the end of current content has been hit, no more wondering whether you've seen all the content!
  • Added new overworld music that plays during odd months. For now it is only the daytime version, evening variation will be added in a later update.

New Settings:

  • Customizable Dialogue text size.
  • Customizable Battle flavor text size.
  • Customizable Center message text size.
  • A third, even larger card zoom setting.

Improvements:

  • Added keyboard mappings to battles:
  • WASD/Arrow keys to resolve mulligans.
  • WASD/Arrow keys to scroll and activate cards.
  • On android, the game should now properly accommodate camera notches by resizing the UI, and be generally more comfortably positioned.
  • Increased the clickable area of several UI elements.

Retroactive art assets:

  • Hammond now has an outfit for when he's managing the pub.
  • Darwin now has a new hat he sometimes wears after he gives you his old one.

Changes Cards:

  • "Funneled" now ignores Fit.
  • Increased Cost of "Greedy Hands" from 1 to 2.

Changes Misc.:

  • Changed many existing card recipes to use the new materials.
  • Certain fishing drops are now one-offs, i.e. can only be caught once.
  • The Model Viewer now displays flavor text for clothing and reactions as well when the Player avatar is selected.
  • Adjusted one of the first scenes in the Beau storyline to be more easily triggerable.
  • Small tweaks to existing dialogue.

Fixes:

  • Updated Darwin's battle text to be different when player character is middle-aged or older.
  • Fixed error introduced in previous update where AI behaved incorrectly around the Sympathy Weight effect
  • Fixed some misalignment with certain fonts.

Others:

  • Changed the background color of the on-launch disclaimer
  • Updated the game's icon + added proper app icon for android

I'm at Month 7 and I'm kind of behind with quests, and I'm afraid I won't be able to play after that :( is there a way to disable this option?

You can still play past the time limit to experience all the new things! You just won't be able to save your progress.

How do I trigger the Main Quest 4 ? or do I have to start a new safe file ?

An Event marker should appear on the map a week or two after you finish the pub MQ.
